Nurses are health workers dealing with patients, patients whose illnesses vary and work demands can be a strong source of stress for nurses at work, so emotional intelligence is needed. The purpose this study was to determine the relationship between level occupational X Hospital Lamongan. This used cross-sectional method correlational analytic design using cluster sampling technique get 43 respondents. Research data taken closed questionnaire an ENSS (Expanded Nursing Stress Scale) measure stress. research showed that had high, 23 (53.5%) almost majority moderate stress, (53.5%).
